Adult UAS Training

Drone Camp offers customized training for adults to pass the FAA Part 107 UAS Remote Pilot Certificate.

Part 107 Overview:

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 covers the commercial/civil use of electronic aviation and unmanned aerial system (UAS). Prior to the Part 107, a person wanting to do commercial drone work would have to go to flight school and acquire a Part 333 certificate. This process cost thousands of dollars and the main expense was renting a plane to acquire the Part 333 exemption. As of August 2016, the Federal Aviation Administration launched the Part 107 making it even easier to achieve a certificate to do commercial drone services.
